How To Do the Meditation:

1. sit in full lotus or on the very edge of a chair in a cold room with no breeze.

2. use the fire mudra. (thumb to middle finger)

3. squeeze all the muscles from the rectum to your reproductive organs.

4. curl your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

5. breath silently and deeply as you listen.

Hey Wan, I listened to this, but completely forgot about an open window in the room!!!! ACK! I feel fire/heat up my spine, but somehow have goosebumps on my arms and feel tingly all over. I know you mentioned that you would discuss why one shouldn't have an open window while doing this. I intend for you to discuss it NOW ... should i be concerned? LOL!
